ClankerSore Terms of Service

Welcome to ClankerSore (“ClankerSore,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

ClankerSore sells merchandise through this Site.

  • Prices & availability: We may change product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time.

  • Order acceptance: An order is not final until payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

  • Payment processing: Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payment processing may be subject to Shopify’s terms and policies.

  • Refusing/canceling orders: We may refuse or cancel orders (for example: suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or shipping limitations). If we cancel after payment, we’ll issue a refund.

3) Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

4) Returns and Refunds

Return/refund rules will be listed on the Site (for example, in a “Returns” page). If a Returns policy is posted, it is incorporated into these Terms.

5) Intellectual Property

All Site content—logos, designs, graphics, text, photos, product images, and layout—is owned by ClankerSore or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6) User Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, or messages (“Submissions”), you grant ClankerSore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce those Submissions for business purposes (e.g., testimonials), unless you ask us in writing not to.

You agree your Submissions won’t be illegal, abusive, or infringing.

7) Email and Marketing

If you opt in to receive emails, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email. We may still send non-promotional messages related to your orders or account (if applicable).

8) Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Content on the Site may include commentary or informational material and is not professional advice.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClankerSore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona.
